Any Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
How to return/exchange a product (U.S. ONLY)
- Visit (www.resamon.com) and login with the email you used to place your order.
- Look at your order history, click on the order you would like to return to start the return/exchange
- Follow the on-screen prompts for the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Once you've received your return label, ship out your return by the specified date in your confirmation email! (If by any chance you did not receive a return label pls email us to online@resamon.com
International Returns
RESAMON does not provide return labels for international returns at this time. To submit an international return, please email online@resamon.com with your order# to receive an ra#.
Gift Returns
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value or store credit. Please email online@resamon.com with your order# to receive an ra#.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will offer you to donate the clothes to someone in need & receive a discount code for future use. Please email online@resamon.com for more details.
Restocking Fee
Returns that include greater than $500 in returned items value will incur a restocking fee at 10% of the total return value. IE, for a return which includes $500 of returned merchandise value, a fee of $50 will be charged.
Sample Sale/ ITEMS marked as Final Sale
All items purchased from any sample sale, flash sale, or items labeled` as final sale are unable to be returned or exchanged for another item or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
